What Exchange features are included?
Every mailbox is enabled for Outlook Anywhere, Outlook Web Access (OWA), IMAP, POP3, and ActiveSync push to mobile devices. There is no difference in feature sets accross different mailbox sizes.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes you absolutely must have your own domain name and have the ability to change your MX record to point to us. If you do not have a domain name or would like to get one, please contact us for assistance.
Do we need to transfer DNS to your control?
No you do not. However, you will need to have access to your DNS control panel in order to edit your zone file. The MX record will need to be pointed to our XenPost spam filter, and CNAME records need to be create for AutoDiscover services to work. Finally we highly recommend creating a SPF record to avoid being flagged a spammer!

What is the maximum mail size I can send and receive?
The maximum size is 25MB per message that you can send or receive. There is also a maximum limit of 500 recipients per message when sending.
Will my mail stop working if I hit my mailbox limit?
You will recieve an e-mail alert when 90% of your storage is used, and you will not be able to send mail at 95% capacity (you will still receive e-mail). Once your mailbox reaches 100% capacity you will no longer be able to receive or send email.
Where is your data center located?
Our Exchange cluster is a true cloud-based solution, so it is not dependent on individual pieces of server hardware. Our cloud-node is physically located in Hawaii at DR Fortress.
Hosted Exchange services are sold on a per-mailbox, month-to-month, no contract basis. For e-mail or domain migration assistance or support for setting up Outlook or mobile devices (iPhone, Android, etc.) please refer to our per-hour Consulting Rates.
Please note that all Hosted Services must be paid via Credit Card (VISA or MasterCard only). Charges are run on the first weekday of the month and are applied to services for that month. All services are auto renewed unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.
